Adobe Photoshop CS is a Picture Editing program. This program is used to make many professional layouts and web graphics. This program is the highest rated Picture Editing program and is known for its “fancy” features.
Opinion:
I’ve tried many different photo editing programs and by far Adobe Photoshop CS is the best. There is no other program that has any where near as many features. With this program you can do pretty much anything you can think of. This program may be wonderful but it is very costly. Its retail price is over $500. I suggest that you only buy it if you need to do professional looking work. If you need to do basic photo editing just stick with paint(it’s free).
Usability:
Adobe Photoshop CS has a wide selection of features and because of this it is complicated to use for someone who is brand new to photo editing but once you learn how to do things it is fairly easy to use.
Features:
Like I said before, Photoshop CS has many features. Some of the features are Layer editing system, Many Filters, Pallet System, Big color selection, and much more. There are many more features it would take a whole page to list them all. The ones listed above are the ones that I found most useful.

+ Makes good quality pictures

- Not easy to use for beginners
- Expensive
