There are new babies born every day, but it's still always a major event when a new one arrives. The whole world and all of its problems come to a halt for the parents during the blessed event. This can be even more true for the baby's grandparents.
All of the relatives and friends are waiting to hear the good news, and the new parents are delighted to oblige. as often happens during happy events, all of the people involved like to have souvenirs to help them remember it in the years that follow.
