How easy is it to add another Physician to the practice?
Very easy. At any time, simply select the File menu - New Physician - and then enter the new Physicians information in the pop up Window. Any printer that you have connected to your computer can be used by M.D. Complete. M.D. Complete will automatically adjust its print format to match your printer. This includes all Ink Jet, Laser, or Dot Matrix style printers. Yes. As with most Windows style programs, almost all MDC functions can be activated from a Toolbar or hotkey.MDC was written from scratch using Microsoft Visual C++. It is a complete 32 bit application that is designed specifically to run on the Microsoft Windows platform. Can you work with my medical billing software?
If your software can output the HCFA data as noted above, then we can process your claims for you. However, we do not directly "talk" to your medical billing software for any sort of confirmation process. Also, we cannot circumvent your software and change your claim data. How do I align the new CMS-1500 and how do I tell MDC to use the new form when printing claims?
To align the new form, select Edit ? Preferences. In the upper left corner, the screen will say Form Type. Make sure you select the 08/05 form. Then enter the nudge parameters. There are separate nudge parameters for the 08/05 form so make sure you select the correct form before entering the nudge parameters and testing the form. Most client have needed to align the form vertically (about 0.25) This selection does not determine what form is used when you print a real claim.Yes.

Depending on the size of your data file, you may or may not be able to save it to a floppy disk. If the file becomes too large to fit on a floppy, you should either save it to another computer on your network (if you're running a network), or save it to a zip drive.
