I see that there are online posts being added so many times by people who do not have an idea on the chances of making gold in World of Warcraft easily. The money comes to you, once you will know and begin doing it. It is really very easy than many people think.
Run instances that you can solo to get loot for the auction house. When you are a higher level, you can easily run instances that are a lot lower level that you can solo. While you will not gain any experience points, you will gain some good loot that you can sell on the auction house.
Get your first aid to the point that you can make heavy nether weave bandages. Then, go to a place where a lot of nether weave drops such as the blood elf terrace above Black Temple. This is especially ideal if you have a paladin as they can AOE a large number of blood elves at the same time. Just watch out for the elites that pat around. Forty nether weave equal 1 stack of heavy nether weave bandages. Since the blood elves drop the cloth almost every time and sometimes drop up to 3 you should acquire quite a bit.
These stacks of heavy nether weave sell to a vendor for 6 gold a pop. The nether weave only goes for 1.5 gold a stack, or 3 usually on the AH. So, you can either pay auction fees and wait, or get 6 gold at a time from a vendor instantly. Plus, you'll get greens, a couple of blues, maybe even a world epic. Finally, you'll get Sunfury signets and arcane tomes. The signets go for about 90 silver a pop on the AH, usually sell them roughly 60 for 50 gold. Arcane Tomes go for usually 10-15 gold a pop. Overall, you can usually make 100 gold an hour here easy.
So, now you are ready to go with those professions. Don't buy anything from the AH until level 20, as it doesn't make a big difference. The better option is to invest your money in some runecloth or mageweave bags so that when you are leveling, you can fill the bags with much loot.
Until you are at a good level, don't "Grind". It is not a good way to get rich by killing the level 7s and taking 13 copper. When you are at lower levels, just concentrate on selling your greens in the AH, and getting some good bags and living. I will later tell you about some good accessories that can help you a lot.
Primal waters average a 20 gold auction price on my server. I many times have gotten 2-3 primal waters from 10 minutes of fishing with this method. I just farm the elementals and keep checking back to see if the pools are up.
So now, here is a top secret to make gold accumulate in bank. Recipe selling, I have so many times bought a recipe at a cost of 3 silver and then sold that at a cost of 78 silver. The investment is a valuable one. Also you need to keep some listings in the AH anytime. However, First Aid Books are the true money makers, which I buy them for approximately 50-98 silver and then list in the AH for 3g 64s, which is a great amount particularly when you sell 5-10 a day. Don't you like to open mailbox and look at 15-30 gold waiting everyday? I say you, it is amazing.
