Buying a new computer or laptop isn't always plain sailing. I might not be an issue for you if you use a computer daily in your business, but for your average Joe it can be daunting trying to find the right one. One thing to definatley consider is what features you want. Then you can search the best brand and deal out there for you.
After checking out many different makes and models of laptop, I finally choose a HP computer, a Pavilion laptop, and have been very satisfied with it.
I have had my computer for about a year and a half now, and it has been very reliable. The only one problem I had was with the power supply, and as it turned out, it was something that affected many models of HP computers. What was great was that HP support took care of the issue promptly, and my computer was repaired and shipped back to me within a week or so.
I know from experience that other brands aren't so supportive, but with HP computers they get things sorted out quickly if they go wrong, which is seldom.
I have to say that the customer support was not the reason for me purchasing a HP computer. I was blown away by it's value for money. It had features that I had only seen on much more expensive machines, but didn't cost anywhere near as much. As everyone has different uses for their computers, this can be an important factor.
HP computers have something for all. It was not very hard for me to choose what model I wanted. They were all pretty much the same except for memory capacity and processor speed, which can vary.
You can choose another model if a HP computer doesn't have a feature you require. I don't think that will be the case and if you talk to someone who has one I am sure you would get a good recommendation from them.
With only one problem, which was rectified rather quickly, I am glad that I took a chance with HP computers. I had heard they were not that great, but I have to say that I totally disagree.
